To make this deal you must ;
Complete the Kris Beebe ten min core strength work out at the beginning middle and end. ( includes planks bridges squats )
After first work out rep; dribble the ball in small space using inside and outside of foot turns, pullbacks , toe taps , chop, pirouette. Also if you can remember Ruby Duponts ball dance. 200 touches on ball.

Next second strengthening routine rep;

In between 2nd and third and final core strength routine you must ;
Complete ( try to ) 5-10 juggles three times. Ten headers. It’s ball to thigh and cushion down to floor. Toss ball and control under foot ten times. Finish with 30 moving toe taps and a trick.
Final strength.
This will take less than 1hr 15 mins.

It may be good to go to someone’s house in a small group.
